Huffines Chevrolet Lewisville Presents Dancing for the REAL Stars

Huffines Chevrolet Lewisville is pleased to announce our upcoming event, Dancing for the Real Stars.  Dancing for the real stars is a unique, fun-filled, star-studded, community-wide fundraiser sponsored by Huffines Auto Dealerships of Lewisville.

The format is a dance competition modeled after the popular television show, Dancing with the Stars.  Local celebrities are paired with a professional dance instructor to prepare one dance, about 60 seconds in length, which will be performed at the event.

Votes are cast by making a donation in the name of each dancer.  The dancer who collects the most donations will be the champion.

Also included in the event will be a delicious Buffet dinner provided by area restaurants and guest appearances by local celebrities.

100% of the proceeds from Dancing for the Real Stars will go to the Real Stars, local charities.

The local charities and causes that will benefit from the event are:

• The LISD Education Foundation

• The Lewisville Police Family Association

• Christian Community Action Center

• Flower Mound Youth Sports Association

• The Lewisville Firefighters Association

• Operation Kindness

• Heavenly Supply Depot

The event will take place on Saturday, October 5, 2013 from 7 pm – 11 pm at the Celebration Event Center.  The Celebration Event Center is located at 2380 Justin Rd. in Highland Village, Texas.  Please call 972-538-7126 for tables or tickets and don’t miss out on this evening filled with fun and dancing.

Bobbie Mitchell, Denton County Commissioner, and Will Travis, Denton County Sheriff will be emceeing the event and below you can see the list of contestants who will be paired up with dance hosts and instructors; Sharon Clute, Virginia Roberts, Kit Tidwell, Joel Austin, Andrew Penington, and Fred Whitfield.
