. Kelly Moon was my Service Specialist and he did a great job! He was very friendly without being stranger-danger friendly. He didn't try to sell me on any extra services like I normally have to endure. What really impressed me was that he told me a specific time, and when that time came, I didn't have to go check on the car, but he came to me to say it was taking a little longer.
